This Weeks Supporter Sunday Shout Out goes to Glenn Swayn who recently did a sponsored walk for The SPCA and The Acorn Project Hawke's Bay raising $740.00 for each Charity 
Glenn decided he was going to walk from Waipukurau to Napier a staggering 70 kms he reached out and asked if he could fundraise for our charity as well as SPCA. We were so grateful for his support and kept in touch on the run up and also met him along the walk at Countdown in Hastings.
When he arrived at the Hastings store he was still smiling and ready to push through the final stage. His support crew of Nicky and Stella and other friends certainly helped make this epic walk much easier.
Glenn completed the walk in 10 hours and 40 minutes which is mind blowing.
A few days later I checked in to see how Glenn was recovering and he shared that he planned to walk further next year, his starting point will be Norsewood and ending in Napier which is an extra 17KM's.
Glenn you are an incredible person with a heart of gold and we can not thank you enough for your your fundraising efforts and support.
We hope you get some rest over the summer period
